Ipek Aykol holds a B.A.in Psychology from Koç University Turkey and a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University Long Beach. Ipek Aykol is a psychotherapist and a part-time adjunct faculty member at Chapman University Psychology Department. Ipek is specialized in drug and alcohol addiction, marriage and family relationships, trauma and mood disorders. In addition to being a writer at Milliyet, Ipek Aykol frequently engages in media collaborations and offers trainings.

Family Relationships During COVID

  • What are families struggling with behind closed doors?
  • How are families being impacted by COVID psychologically?
  • What should we be aware of in our marriage and family relationships during these stressful times?
  • How are we going to maintain balance technology usage during COVID?

Questions above will be discussed and methods will be suggested to families to deal with stress during this Covid period. In this seminar, where both marriage and family relations will be addressed, participants will gain a new awareness of their own situation and learn new coping methods and communication skills.
